Hi there! I'm Rachael - life and leadership coach, lover of the ocean, a kitchen disco and a statement earring.
At 40, I was working a busy high level job whilst coming out of a challenging pregnancy journey. My health was suffering, my confidence was low and I was near burn out.
As a parent, my values and identity had shifted and I wasn't sure who I was anymore. I felt lost. That 'crisis' became my awakening.
Whether at home, at work, or both, when we feel lost or stuck, it is tempting to look around to figure out what's next - what we 'should' do and who we 'should' be. Yet, this never quite works.
I create the space for you to shed those 'shoulds' and look within to find your true and highest self.
To find your essence. To find your confidence. To rediscover dreams. To find magic.
And once found, I work with you to own it. To ignite it. To live it.

MY STYLE
I coach people holistically. We explore what you want to do and who you want to be.
We work as partners. We get curious, we explore, we open windows you've never looked through before and we find the best way forward for you.
My coaching style is intuitive yet always with your overarching needs and goals in mind. Sometimes playful, sometimes challenging, sometimes very still, sometimes using movement.
We find the energy that will open the door to new awareness, challenge your comfort zone and propel your forwards. I am warm, positive and approachable and always professional.
Success for me is seeing my clients own their uniqueness, believe in themselves and live a positive, energised and authentic life.

I spent 20 years in business working my way up to board level before choosing to move into professional coaching.
I'm a qualified Professional Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) a qualification respected worldwide as the gold standard of coaching.
The Co-Active Model, is known as the most flexible and proven model in the coaching world.
I am also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF)* and I work according to their code of ethics.
